Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well. Add bananas, 1 at a time. Add flour, soda, and salt. Do not over beat. Fold in vanilla.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. in a loaf pan or for 45 minutes in a bundt pan.
