Recipe Ingredients for banana chocolate chip bread

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for banana chocolate chip bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan. Set aside.

  2. Combine flour, SPLENDAŽ Granulated Sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. .

  3. Mix eggs, bananas, oil, and milk in a large bowl until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir until just moistened. Stir in chocolate and walnuts.

  4. Pour into greased loaf pan.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
