Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

4 bananas
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. With a wooden spoon, mix melted butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Mix in the sugar, egg, vanilla, and chocolate chips.

  4. Sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture and mix in.

  5. Add the flour last and mix.

  6. Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan.

  7. Bake for 1 hour.

  8. Cook on rack, remove from pan, and slice to serve.

  9. Enjoy!
