75 grams rapeseed oil
115 grams Sugars, Brown
200 grams Sugars, Granulated
2 medium Egg, Whole
4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
240 grams Plain All Purpose Flour
200 grams Organic Dark 85%

Recipe Directions for banana chocolate cake

Mash bananas, mix in oil and eggs. Mix in sugars, then all the dry ingredients. Melt the chocolate in 2 tbs boiling water, stir into batter. Pour into a large loaf tin, bake for 35 min at 170-200C (lowest for fan oven). Ready when scewer comes out clean.
