Recipe Ingredients for Banana Choco Chip cookies

3 medium banana Bananas
156 4/5 grams Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 1/5 grams Cinnamon, Ground
8 tbsp Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Choco Chip cookies

  1. Preparation

  2. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. 2. Mash bananas in a bowl, and mix in the remaining ingredients.

  4. 3. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.

  5. 4. Using a mini ice cream scoop or tablespoon, place the batter onto a Silpat or parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. 4. Bake for 25 Minutes.

  7. 5. Cool and serve.

  8. ** To make into bars ? place dough in a greased 711 dish, bake for 35-40 minutes then allow to cool. Cut into bars or squares.

  9. To Freeze: allow cookies to cool after baking then place in a Ziploc bag, label and freeze for up to 3 months.
