Banana and choc moist protein bars. Similar in texture to a brownie. Great for a snack or a Pre/Post workout meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Choc Protein Bars

1 cup Oat Flour
150 grams Egg, White
37 grams GNC Lo-Carb Delite Vanilla Protein
1 serving Splenda
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
32 grams Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Banana Choc Protein Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.

  2. Line baking tray with baking paper, spray lightly with non-stick spray.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix thoroughly.

  6. Pour mix into baking tray, put in oven.

  7. Bake for 20-30mins on 180 degrees celcius.

  8. When cooked, knife should come out clean when testing.
