Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chip Protein Muffins

1/4 cup banana, ripe and mashed
1/2 c egg whites
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/4 c water
1 scoops Protein Plus Protein Powder
1/2 c wheat bran ( OR flour of choice)
1/2 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Splenda

Recipe Directions for Banana Chip Protein Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and spray muffin tin lightly with non-stick cooking spray, (or use 6 muffin liners).

  2. Mix dry ingredients in one medium bowl, and the wet ingredients in another.

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until everything is combined. Add in the chocolate chips last, and stir until they are just mixed throughout the batter.

  4. Distribute the batter evenly between the muffin liners. Bake for 15 -20min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
