Recipe Ingredients for banana chip muffins

1 egg
1/3 cup canola oil
3/4 cup sugar
3 ripe medium bananas, mashed
2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for banana chip muffins

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg, oil, and sugar until smooth.

  2. Stir in bananas.

  3. Combine dry ingredients; stir into banana mixture just until moistened.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full.

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
