Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chip Muffins

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup milk
4 bananas, medium

Recipe Directions for Banana Chip Muffins

  1. Measure first five ingredients into large bowl. Mix and make a well in the centre.

  2. Beat egg in a small bowl until frothy. Add cooking oil, milk and mashed banana. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until moist. Pour into muffin cups. Bake at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
