Banana cheese pancake with cinnamon, flaxseed, and sesame seeds

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Cheese Pancake

75 grams Bananas
3/5 medium Egg, Whole
10 grams Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.34 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.01 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/10 grams Plus Vanilla Non-Dairy Soy Milk
1 3/10 serving Steviana Sweetener (1 Sachet)
1 slice 2% Milk American Singles

Recipe Directions for Banana Cheese Pancake

  1. Mash one overripe banana and mix with 1/4 cup of flour and 1 egg. Add cinnamon, sesame seeds, flax seed, & a bit of water (as necessary) and mix well.

  2. Put a nonstick skillet over low-medium heat. Divide batter in three and cook pancakes separately.

  3. Cut cheese to bits and divide into three. Top one side of pancake right after pouring batter on pan and let cheese melt and set before flipping.

  4. While pancakes are cooking, cut up the other banana and top the pancakes with banana slices before serving.
