Recipe Ingredients for Banana chai cookies

1 cup Rolled Oats
2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 tsp Cloves, Ground
1/2 tsp, ground Cardamom
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
25 grams Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Banana chai cookies

  1. Mash the bananas, and add the ground spices, the vanilla essence, the baking powder and the crushed espresso-covered beans.

  2. Fold in the oats. Do not overmix.

  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 340F.
