Recipe Ingredients for Banana Carrot Salad

2 cups carrots, shredded
2 bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Banana Carrot Salad

  1. Grate carrots.

  2. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2 inch rounds. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle them with the lemon juice.

  3. Add the shredded carrots, sugar and yogurt.

  4. Stir it all up gently and chill. Stir before serving.
