Health muffin preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius

Recipe Ingredients for Banana carrot muffins

1 large carrot
3 small bananas
1 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup bran
1 large egg
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Recipe Directions for Banana carrot muffins

  1. cream butter and sugar

  2. add egg

  3. add squashed banana

  4. mix dry ingrediants

  5. add to banana mix

  6. mix well

  7. add carrot

  8. mix

  9. put in muffin container

  10. bake for 25 min
