Banana Carrot Muffins Recipe

this is a banana bread recipe but I made muffins with it.

Recipe Ingredients for banana carrot muffins

2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 c canola oil
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
3 bananas
1 c carrots
1/2 c raisins

Recipe Directions for banana carrot muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Put dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, soda, cinnamon)

  3. Mix together.

  4. Put all other ingredients in a separate bowl (oil, egg, sugar, banana, carrot, raisins)

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

  6. Spray bread pan with cooking spray.

  7. Put batter into bread pan.

  8. Put in oven

  9. Bake for 50 minutes.

  10. If making muffins check at 40 minutes.

  11. Remove from oven and cool on rack
