Recipe Ingredients for Banana cake

390 grams Flour Wholemeal Self Raising
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
7 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Olive Oil
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana cake

  1. Stir flour and sugar

  2. Make a well in the middle and add in mashed bananas, eggs, and oil. Mix well (with spoon).

  3. Add in cinnamon and vanilla essence. Mix well.

  4. Bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour.
