Recipe Ingredients for Banana Cake

3 bananas
2 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
0.67 cups skim milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Banana Cake

  1. grease & lightly flour baking pan. In mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt stir well. In another bowl add butter and banana; beat on low speed until combined.

  2. Add milk, eggs and vanilla beat for 2 minutes on low speed. Slowly mix wet and dry ingredients together, beat on low until well mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan, cool thoroughly, and then frost with favorite frosting.
