Low fat cake. I used 1 cup oat flour and 1 cup white flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Cake w/o frosting - 9x13 pan cut into 3x7 bars

3 bananas, mashed
2 cup white flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup Splenda
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp vinegar

Recipe Directions for Banana Cake w/o frosting - 9x13 pan cut into 3x7 bars

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Beat hard until fluffy.

  3. Pour into cake pan and bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until the cake is done.
