Recipe Ingredients for Banana Buckwheat Waffles

2 1/2 oz Buckwheat
2 1/2 oz Whole wheat flour
1 Banana
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg

Recipe Directions for Banana Buckwheat Waffles

Feed your starter the buckwheat and AP flour the morning before you make them. Put leavening ingredients in a bowl with the egg. Whip to combine. Add starter and stir quickly with a whisk. The magic will happen and the dough will rise. Bake in your favorite waffle Iron.
