A delicious and healthy take on my favorite brownies recipe!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Brownies

0.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2.5 tsp Baking Powder
2.5 bar Swiss, 70% Cocoa
3 tsp Becel Light Margarine
250 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
27 grams SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
3 large Egg, White
3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Brownies

  1. Preheat oven at 350

  2. Mash Bananas and margarine

  3. Add flour, sugars, baking powder, margarine in a medium bowl, sift together- set aside

  4. Melt 3 mini Lindt dark chocolate tablet in a medium sauce pan at low

  5. Blend together the dry ingredients with the banana and margarine mixture

  6. Add chocolate

  7. Add eggs (slightly beaten)

  8. Beat the brownies mix at low-medium speed for 2-3 minutes

  9. Put in a pyrex 9x9 pan

  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes
