Recipe Ingredients for Banana Breakfast Mash

1/2 small ripe banana, mashed
1 1/4 slices sourdough bread
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salted butter, melted
1 tbsp water
1/4 c nonfat yogurt

Topping:
1 small ripe banana, sliced
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp skim milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Breakfast Mash

  1. Mix dry

  2. Mix wet

  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

  4. top with sliced banana, maple syrup and skim milk
