Recipe Ingredients for Banana Breakfast Bread

2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cup bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Breakfast Bread

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat together wet ingredients.

  3. Combine liquid and dry ingredients, and beat until lumpy, (about 1/2-1 minute).

  4. Turn into prepared loaf pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 65-70 minutes.
