High energy bars; great for hiking or when doing strenuous exercise.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Breakfast Bars

3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
3 bananas
4 cups oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Banana Breakfast Bars

Cream butter and honey until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, salt, cinnamon, and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn batter into greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into bars.
