Sugar Free, Fat free, Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread, whole wheat, sugar/fat free

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
141 1/2 grams Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
120 grams Sweetener
3 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Ground Allspice

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread, whole wheat, sugar/fat free

  1. In mixing bowl add dry ingredients.

  2. Add eggs.

  3. Turn mixer on low and add very ripe banana.

  4. Mix till all dry ingredients are wet.

  5. Pour in loaf pan (other size/shape pans can be use- adjust baking time)

  6. Bake in 350 pre-heated oven for 50 min.

  7. Till a knife comes out clean
