Banana Bread w/ Walnuts and Pecans

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread w/ Walnuts and Pecans

1/3 cup applesauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg white
1/3 cup fat free milk
1 cup buckwheat flour
2/3 cup buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pecan halves

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread w/ Walnuts and Pecans

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. mix applesauce and sugar

  3. stir in eggs then bananas then milk

  4. stir in dry ingredients

  5. stir in nuts

  6. pour mixture into a loaf pan and bakd 55-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
