Makes a classic, delicious banana cake without eggs. Very easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread (Vegan)

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3/4 cup Turbinado or raw Sugar
114 grams Original Natural Buttery Spread
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread (Vegan)

  1. Mash ripe or over-ripe bananas and margarine together.

  2. Add sugar. Mix well.

  3. Then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Bake in a loaf tine for 45 mins to 1 hour at 375 F.
