This is a transfat free version of banana bread and my son loves it. For an extra treat I will mix cinnamon and sugar together and dust the inside of the loaf pan before I pour in the batter makes it extra special

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread-Transfat Free

2 cup Self Rising Flour
2 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 cup Sugars, Granulated
16 oz Sour Cream Fat Free Grade A Pasteurized Dairy
6 oz 100% Pure Canola Oil
3 large Egg, Whole
6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread-Transfat Free

Mix together flour, salt, and baking soda together set aside. Mix mashed bananas, sour cream, eggs, oil, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Pour into two loaf pans and bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes.
