Recipe Ingredients for banana bread with Splenda

4 bananas
1 tbsp soy milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for banana bread with Splenda

  1. mash bananas, add egg and Splenda, mix.

  2. add seasonings and mix.

  3. add flour, nuts, and apricots or raisins and mix

  4. bake at 325 in loaf pan for 1 hour
