Banana Bread with Healthy swaps to ingredients so it's not nearly as bad as full receipe for days when u have cravings.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread that is soft and healthier than traditional

20 tsp Margarine, Regular, Hard
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
12 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
2 oz Organic Coconut Oil
0.26 cup Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
8 oz Essential Ground Flaxseed, Organic
1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Egg Substitute
1 cup Frozen Spinach

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread that is soft and healthier than traditional

  1. combine milk and lemon juice in seperate bowl. Combine all liquid ingredients including bananas, eggs and honey and mix well.

  2. Add milk mixture to liquid mixture.

  3. Begin stiring in dry ingredients with sugar, salt and baking soda first, then flax and flour.

  4. Once all is mixed well seperate into two even batches and bake in bread pans till center is done (check with wooden tooth pick - should come out with very limited amt. of crumbs - 30-45 minutes)

  5. May elimiate nuts to lower fat and calorie intake.
