Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread (slightly modified1)

1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, large
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread (slightly modified1)

  1. Blend first five ingredients together in blender.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Add mix from blender and stir just until mixed.

  4. Bake in loaf pan at 325 for 40 minutes or until done
