Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread -reduced with subs

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 egg
1 cup mashed banana (2 bananas)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup unbleached white flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup apricots
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana bread -reduced with subs

  1. Combine and beat first 4 ingredients.

  2. Add bananas.

  3. Combine dry ingredients separately.

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet.

  5. Add vanilla

  6. Add apricots & walnuts.
