Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 medium bananas, mashed
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Grease and flour a loaf pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Add mashed bananas and chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45+ minutes until done. Use toothpick to test.
