2C flour, 1/2 t cinnamon, 1/4 t nutmeg, 1 t baking soda. 2 eggs, 1/2C oil. bananas

Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for banana bread

In bowl, mix 2C flour, 1/2 t cinnamon, 1/4 t nutmeg, 1 t baking soda. In another bowl, mix 2 eggs, 1/2C oil. Add this to dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add to mixture. Mix everything together. Bake in loaf pan at 350 for an hour, or unitl toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
