Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Butter
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 serving Molasses

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. cream together butter, sugar, banana and 1 tsp vanilla and 2 T sour milk.

  2. Add in baking soda, molasses, eggs and salt. Beat well.

  3. Add in flour a little at a time. Set aside batter.

  4. Butter and flour 8 inch square cake pan and pour batter in.

  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 - 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
