Banana bread out of the Joy of Cooking modified with healthier ingredients and less fat

Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Oat Bran
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.25 cup Butter
3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for banana bread

mix all dry ingredients together without chocolate chips and walnuts and in a seperate bowl mix all wet ingredients together including room temp. mashed bananas. Slowly add dry to wet ingredients while mixing until mixture is fairly smooth. Add choco chips and walnuts. pour mixture into pregreased bread pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour
