Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup banana
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 tbs orange juice
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a bread pan with Pam. Combine the banana and sour cream and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine juice, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and baking soda and powder. Blend in the banana mixture. Spread batter into the pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
