Delicious. Mix everything really well up until you add the flour to make it soft and moist.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, soft
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup bananas, mashed, ripe
1/3 cup water
1 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan.

  2. Mix sugar and butter.

  3. Stir in eggs til blended.

  4. Add bananas and water and beat 30 sec

  5. Mix remaining ingredients and stir in until moistened.

  6. Bake for 75 min for an 8 inch loaf, 55-60 min for a 9 inch loaf
