My favorite banana bread. High on calories so cut into thinner slices and enjoy as a treat when you have earned it.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
5 tbsp Butter
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 dash Salt, Table
1.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat over to 350

  2. mix butter and mashed bananas in large bowl

  3. add sugar, egg and vanilla

  4. add baking soda and salt

  5. add floug

  6. pour into a non-stick 4x8" loaf pan

  7. bake for 1 hour

  8. cool on rack

  9. remove from pan
