Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Butter
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 large Egg, White
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 serving 2% Reduced Fat Milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

cream butter, sugar and sal. Add egg yolks (beaten) and mix. Combine flour and baking powder. add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Add banana pulp (nuts optional). mix. Fold in egg whites (beat stiff). Place in buttered bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours.
