Banana bread from Better Homes & Gardens wtih 3 bananas

Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread

1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 c canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c banana
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Banana bread

  1. Mix 1 c of flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt.

  2. Add mashed bananas and oil, shortening or butter.

  3. Blend in on low speed, then beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

  4. Add eggs, milk and rest of flour.

  5. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes in greased pan.
