1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup bananas, mashed
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. mix 1st 4 ingredients

  2. mix last 4 ingredients

  3. mix together

  4. pour in 9x5x3 greased loaf pan in 350 deg preheated oven for about 1 hr
