Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup Blue Bonnet Regular Stick, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups ripe mashed bananas (about 4)
71 Plain, Non-Fat [146062] 1/3 cup Voskos Greek Yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray a 9" x 5" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray

  3. In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking soda, and salt

  4. In another large bowl, combine butter, eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla, whisking until smooth

  5. Fold flour mixture into butter mixture until well incorporated

  6. Pour into prepared pan

  7. Bake 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
