1/2 cup applesauce substituted for 1/4 cup of margarine. Bread cut in 17 1/2 inch slices

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/2 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp canola oil
9/20 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mix egg beaters, oil, sugar and applesauce. Add flours, flaxseed, 1tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt alternating with bananas. Bake in greased 9X5 pan at 350deg oven for 45-50 mins.
