Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

244 grams mashed banana
94 grams egg, raw
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Cream butter and sugar, add egg, mix well. Add banana, mix well. Add milk, mix. Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
