The family recipe was tweeked a little to encorporate for Omega-3's, but still taste good. My kids love it!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients. Put into non-stick loaf pan (or 2 small). Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
