a bit firm but dry. Made in bread machine.

Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 medium Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Corn Oil
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. add all ingredients into bread machine and set to Dough.

  2. Start and leave for 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. After that, stop the machine and set to Bake. it should take bout 50 minutes or so. After 50 mins stick in a toothpick to test it's doneness. If not done, bake for a further 10 to 15 mins.

  4. After baking, leave in pan for 10 mins before serving.
