Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
1.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mash bananas.

  2. Mix with apple sauce, egg, and sugar.

  3. Add in dry ingredients, mix well.

  4. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until set.
