Moist, easy banana bread. Whole wheat flour and splenda can be substituted.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 cups Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 large Egg, White
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mix soda, sugar, and flour.

  2. Add beaten eggs, mashed bananas and oil.

  3. Blend thoroughly

  4. Put in loaf pan and let set 20 min.

  5. Bake for 60 min at 350.
