Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 cup, chopped Pecans
4 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Beat together oil, sugar and eggs; add mashed bananas. In a separate bowl mix flour and soda, add to egg mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips last. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till done.
