low fat banana bread. Good for overripe bananas.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
2 medium Egg, Whole
2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 serving Baking Powder
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
6 tsp SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas. Add eggs and butter. Blend. Add dry ingredients until just moistened. Pour in loaf pan. Bake in over preheated at 350 degrees F until a toothpick comes out clean. About 60 min.
