Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 cups enriched flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 bananas
8 oz crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients and Wet ingredients separately.

  2. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 1 hour.

  3. (if in a dark baking pan, bake at 325 degrees.)
